Twitter (X) has added very little useful features over the past few years, but arguably the funniest one is the Community Note system. Here are 10 of the funniest ones we’ve seen recently.
1. Laura Ingraham revealing she doesn’t understand how tariffs work

Somehow this lady Laura Ingraham graduated from law school but doesn’t know how Trump’s tariffs have been working. You could probably attach a permanent community note to this girl’s profile with how much misinformation she spreads.
2. Fake news page shares turtle video

Daily Loud really thought a shark was trying to help a turtle ðŸ˜.
3. Guy dropping alcohol ‘facts’

Apparently, this fake ass Jesus fan didn’t even read the book.

4. Clown guy lies about living in the EU

This guy will probably end up being a regular if we continue to publish these articles.
5. Engagement farming off Jim Carrey getting older backfires
6. Religious engagement farmer freaks out over video game promo

3.4M views for a guy who in his bio has ‘seeking the truth’. Quick scroll of his feed and you’ll see nothing but debunked conspiracy theories and MAGA content. Many cases.
7. Gooner account gets blasted

Even Kylie Jenner isn’t safe.
8. Indian guy caught pretending to be a woman with cancer

You just can’t make this up. This person is likely pretending to be a white woman with cancer to get engagement and try and game the revenue system on Twitter (X), along with running fake donation services. Tons of their posts have been community noted since.
9. Average male experience meme backfires

The link to the fog page… 💀
10. Last one for the college football fans

As a reminder, Community Notes had been here long before Elon Musk arrived, although his version has upped the volume per day, and integrated Grok’s ability to write them. A feature they truly added was the recent location update, which prevents accounts from hiding where they’re posting from. We have an article on nearly 40 large accounts that got exposed when that update was released.
